• We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund for our Petsies Forevers and Golf Headcovers, minus shipping costs. To be eligible: The item must be in the same condition that you received it in with tags, and in its original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To initiate a refund, please email [email protected].

• Items sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.

• Once we approve your order for refund, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping fees*. Please allow processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Note: Before we jump to a refund, we’d love to explore other options that might bring an even bigger smile to your face! At the end of the day, we want you to have something to honor your pet because that’s our mission! You can choose from complimentary alterations, a free remake, or even partial refunds with the option of choosing another product on our site for free. By accepting any of these options, however, you acknowledge exemption from our money-back guarantee and the order no longer qualifies for a full refund.

• For an additional fee, you can choose the Sneak Peek + Design Guarantee during checkout. This allows you to review photos of your custom Petsies plush before it ships and provide feedback or changes before the plushie is sent to you. 

• If you are not satisfied with the design after working with our team on revisions, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping fees. 

• If you approve the Sneak Peek photos and the items are shipped to you, they are no longer eligible for a full refund. 

Important:

• To ensure email delivery of your sneak peek photos, please add [email protected] to your address book to avoid missing emails.

• Be sure to review and approve the design within 72 hours. Orders not reviewed within this timeframe will be considered approved, and refunds will not be available. 

Our #1 goal at Petsies (a brand of Budsies PR, LLC) is to create a handmade stuffed animal lookalike of your pet that you fall in love with and can enjoy for years to come!

• We offer a 90-day limited warranty on all Petsies custom stuffed animals. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur within 90 days of purchase.

• If your item arrives with a defect or one develops within 90 days, we will repair or replace the plush at no charge to you.

Please Note: This policy does not apply to issues arising from designs approved through the Sneak Peek + Design Guarantee.

Non-Refundable Items

Products excluded from refunds include: Gift cards, Apparel and other printed items (blankets, socks, pajamas, pillows, portraits, accessories, etc.), unless there is a design defect. 

For domestic orders - customers are responsible for original shipping and return shipping costs.  

For international orders - shipping, duties/taxes and rush will not be refundable. 

In addition to what’s mentioned above, customers using the Sneak Peek upgrade may be ineligible for specific warranties because those customers reviewed and approved the design of their plush ( more info ). Furthermore, failures due to misuse, abuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear of the product are not covered by this limited warranty. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Some parts will wear out with use and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements. Like any keepsake, we recommend keeping your custom plush out of direct sunlight and other natural elements that could degrade the materials.

It is our experience that a product that fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship will generally do so very early in the product's life cycle, often the first or second time the product is examined and handled. When returned for inspection, these products are generally found to still be in like-new or very good condition and show very little signs of use. It is uncommon for a product that was manufactured with a defect, to survive under normal use for any extended period of time. The most common demand for service is the result of normal wear and tear issues, which are not considered to be a defect in materials or workmanship. Petsies has sole discretion to determine the manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship.

Other conditions may limit coverage:

• Repetitive abuse of our limited warranty.

• Coverage is always limited to the maximum value of a replacement of the product with the same or similar product of equal value to the original purchase price and does not cover the repair, refund, or replacement of any other property. Petsies shall never be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages.

Additional Terms:

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY AND LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN NEGLIGENCE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN LAW OR IN FACT. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT WARRANTY. PETSIES DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY TO THE CONTRARY, PETSIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL AND/OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, STRICT LIABILITY OR NEGLIGENCE), PATENT INFRINGEMENT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PETSIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY HEREUNDER IS LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS. This warranty is for the PETSIES product itself and does not cover the repair or replacement of other personal property that may be used with OR NEAR the PETSIES product.

How Local Laws Relate to the Warranty & Refund Policy

Some areas do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts, so that the above limitations may not fully apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state, province to province, or country to country. Refer to your local laws for your specific rights under this limited warranty.

No Other Express Warranty Applies

This limited warranty & refund policy is the sole and exclusive warranty for Petsies products. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on.
